These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of christcornerstoneco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who We Are

Christ Cornerstone Co. ("we," "us," "our") is an online store operated from New Zealand, offering faith-inspired apparel, art prints, mugs, and jewellery. We don't maintain a physical retail location — see our Legal Notice and Contact page for details.

Made-to-Order Products

Most items on the Site are produced by third-party print-on-demand partners only after you place an order. Production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are made specifically for each order, our Refund Policy explains what is and isn't covered — please read it before ordering, particularly regarding sizing.

Product Descriptions and Images

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, including colour, size, and material where known. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display. We do not knowingly misrepresent a product's contents, materials, or specifications.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and any applicable duties (see our Shipping Policy for international orders) are calculated at checkout or may be charged separately by customs authorities on delivery. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system; we do not store your full payment card details.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock). You may cancel an order before production begins, usually within a few hours of ordering, by contacting us at christcornerstoneco@outlook.com. Once production has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled or changed, since it is already being made specifically for you.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, carriers, and international customs responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Refund Policy describes what is covered (printing faults, shipping damage, incorrect items, and products materially different from their description) and what isn't (change-of-mind returns or sizing exchanges, since items are made to order). The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Your Account and Conduct

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including in verse suggestions, custom order requests, or reviews).

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Christ Cornerstone Co. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers — including Shopify for our storefront and checkout, and print-on-demand partners for production and fulfilment — to operate the Site and deliver your order. Your use of the Site is also subject to Shopify's own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is shared with these providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, where you are a consumer, any statutory guarantees under the law of your country of residence). We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ Cornerstone Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer guarantees.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be waived — those rights are unaffected by this clause.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
