How our orders are made
Every item is printed to order. Nothing is pre-made and nothing sits in storage, which means each piece is produced specifically for you after you place it.
That adds a production step before anything ships.
Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Apparel typically moves fastest; journals and framed prints can take slightly longer.
Delivery
United States — 3–6 business days after production.
Canada — 5–10 business days after production.
International — 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.
Add production time to these figures for a realistic total. A US apparel order placed on a Monday usually arrives within one to two weeks.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Multiple items
Orders containing several products may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you. This happens when items are produced at different facilities.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order enters production we usually cannot change it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
